Dear friend,
well… we are here again, me and all the Otium’s team, with the same passion and desire to embrace you again, such as it was in the last years. We can’t wait to share great days, with humor, sport and such a lot more. This year we hope to make some new friends to share our concept of life.
Having personally experienced the birth and development of the “world of tourist resorts” I firmly believe that the big internet evolutions, that modified the way to communicate, haven’t changed the rules of the “show” of a funny and delightful holiday. My friend, the famous Italian showman Fiorello, witnessed this during his last extremely successful show on Italian TV, freely inspired by his ‘70s and ’80s village performances.
Here then, the formula is simple: nice location; friendly, smiling and helpful staff; tasty and healthy food; sport without competition, all that counts is to sweat and have fun together. Even this year our vip friends from sport and show business will join us to have fun. I’m going to celebrate my 60th birthday and my 40th year in the business, but you can be sure that I will continue to do my best, along with the young recruits, to let the business last forever.
Gilbert Triganoe, the great mind behind “Club Med”, defined us G.O., “Gentils Organisateurs”. And now let me use a very popular ‘80s Valtur slogan:
